Wonderful Weekend: World Wide Gathering of the Pulskamps

The first photos of the World Wide Gathering of the Pulskamps are in! Check out the photo gallery by clicking on the tab at the top of the page (Pulskamp Photo Gallery), which will take you to another page. Then click on the words “Pulskamp Photo Gallery” again on that page. That will take you to the Gallery itself where you can explore the photos we have so far.
Please send us your photos or ask me how you can load them directly into the Gallery, so the whole family can enjoy them.
Eventually, I will post the family tree, but I want to make all the corrections and additions first. Plus, they will be posted to a site that will require a password so only family members can see that information. That is important because identity theft is such a problem these days and knowing your mother’s maiden name could be part of that process. It will take me some time to get that set up, so please be patient. Meanwhile, enjoy these photos.

I had so much fun with all of you! That sure was a great party! I hope you are all doing well and that maybe some of you will come to California to visit some day!
Thanks, Ellen, for organizing the Pulskamp reunion. Ten of us were present as descendents of
Jacob Gerhard Pulskamp, who migrated to the area
of Hillsboro,N.Dak. around 1912 from his home near St.Mary On The Rock and St. Peter,Indiana. My
dad never spoke much about his famiy.Does anyone
know why he decided to migrate to N.Dak? By the way, the 240 acre farm that he bought in N.Dak. is still in the Pulskamp family. Also,my dad’s mother,Anna Ertel, died at the age of 35 and her infant son died shortly after at the age of 10 months. Does anyone know the cause of their deaths? Thanks again for the great weekend.
The comment I submitted about the N. Dak.PULSKAMPS was written by my husband
Leo Pulskamp.
